Authorisation for moratorium process
The District Court of Reykjavík granted Stodir hf. (formerly FL Group hf.) authorisation for moratorium process until 20 October 2008. Jakob R. Möller hrl., Logos lögmannsþjónustu, has been appointed administrator of the Company.
The shareholders‘ meeting to be held tomorrow, 30 September 2008, has been cancelled considering the aforementioned.
