Jon Sigurdsson
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Jon Sigurdsson was appointed CEO in December 2007. He joined Stodir as managing director in September 2005 and was appointed Deputy CEO in December 2006. Prior to joining Stodir, Jon worked at Landsbanki Íslands and Kaupthing Bank. He received his B.Sc. in Business Administration from Reykjavík University.
Bernhard Bogason
Managing Director of Legal and Tax
Bernhard Bogason became Managing Director of Legal and Tax in 2006. Prior to joining Stodir, Bernhard was partner of KPMG Iceland, heading the firm’s tax department. From 1993-1995 he served as a Deputy Judge in the District Court and from 1996-1999 he operated his own law office. Bernhard graduated with a Cand. Jur. degree from the University of Iceland in 1993.
